Turtle Bay Music School is pleased to make the majority of its facilities available for rent to TBMS students and other musicians, performers and non-profit organizations. The following rates apply:

EM LEE CONCERT HALL Our premier recital space — seats 125 at $200/hour  +  $80 non-refundable custodial deposit + $125 guard duty fee during off hours.

RICHMOND ROOM A more intimate performance venue — seats 50 at $125/hour  +  $75 non-refundable custodial deposit + $125 guard duty fee during off hours.

GROUP RENTAL RATES FOR OUR LARGE PRACTICE STUDIOS $60/hour + $125 guard duty fee during off hours.

PRACTICE STUDIOS $15/hour for registered TBMS students and $25/hour for non-students. Additionally, a discounted practice room pass is available: $80 for 8 hours for TBMS students and $160 for 8 hours for non-students.
