Rhythm Architects (Ages 6-12)

An introduction to rhythm.

Rhythm has been an essential part of our communication, expression, and self-development throughout human history. Using drums, bells, shakers, and xylophones, your child will learn the fundamentals of how to play a vast array of percussion instruments, enabling your child to explore his or her own sense of rhythm, melody, and song in a creative and adventurous atmosphere. Using improvisation to create a pathway to basic composition skills, the aim of Rhythm Architects is to lay a strong, positive foundation for future musical endeavors.

16 week semester.

Level I: Ages 6-8 years
Level II: Ages 8-12 years
